Dozens of kids in Lexington’s east end neighborhood made full use of a brand new water feature in Charles Young Park. City and community leaders were on hand this morning to cut the ribbon on six new affordable housing units in Lexington’s East End neighborhood. The townhomes, located at the corner of Race and Third streets, represent the latest effort to address the city’s shortage of affordable housing.
