New Book Explores Unique Coupling Of Bill & Hillary

LEXINGTON, Ky. - William Chafe is the Mary Alice Baldwin Professor of History Emeritus at Duke University and the author of 13 books including Civilities and Civil Rights which dealt with the Greensboro sit-ins and other aspects of the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960’s and 70’s.  His new book Bill and Hillary:  The Politics of the Personal, examines the unique and fascinating qualities of the famous power couple.   During a recent visit to the UK campus, he spoke with WUKY's Alan Lytle about it.
