The Crunkadelic Funk Show originally was known as the Insomniatic Funk Show and aired on WRFL from 2009-2010 from 3-6 am on Saturday mornings. In late fall of 2010, the show moved to 2-4 pm on Wednesdays and was renamed The Crunkadelic Funk Show and became a mainstay at the station for over three years.
The show is hosted and produced by DeBraun Thomas and is described as playing anything soulful and funky. It consists of occasional themed shows, such as artist tributes, Unexpected Covers, and a recurring theme called the Funk Workout, along with older and newer cuts of music.
