Eco-Art Workshop: Petals to Pendants with Courtney BarnesSaturday, June 20, 9:30-11:30am JSP Members $15 | Non-Members $25 | Registration required (all ages welcome, children under 13 accompanied by an adult)Join us for a morning of friends and flowers as we learn from artist Courtney Barnes. Courtney owns Evermore Pressed Bouquets and designs jewelry, framed memories, and more from pressed flowers. She will guide us in making a dried flower pendant or key chain that participants will take home. These pieces will be filled with resin and cured during the workshop time. You will then tour the Josephine Sculpture Park to source foliage and flowers to practice the art of pressing flowers.

Sculpture Social: Wind Phone by Mollie RabinerTuesday, June 23, 6:30-7:30pm FREE | Donations welcome | Please registerHonor artist Mollie Rabiner as she unveils her Wind Phone sculpture commissioned by Josephine Sculpture Park! The wind phone is a powerful place of remembrance and healing for community members to speak to loved ones they have lost through the hand-carved wooden phone, letting the wind carry their messages. JSP's wind phone by Mollie Rabiner is one of three in Kentucky, and of hundreds worldwide. We will also honor JSP's partners in this project, including the Kentucky Center for Grieving Children and Families, South Arts, and the Kentucky Arts Council. Delicious drinks provided.
Beginner square dance lessons...Tuesday nights 7-9 and Saturday mornings 10-noon. First 2 lessons are FREE to "try it out". NO partner or prior experience needed, just the desire to have fun. Offers light physical exercise and mental stimulation while meeting new people and making lifelong friends.

Headley Whitney Museum presents RODNEY HATFIELD & LYNN SWEET Retrospective Exhibit featuring over 200 works highlighting each artists' 50 year career. Rodney Hatfield (ArtSnake) original, unique, uninhibited abstract, figurative and landscape paintings. Lynn Sweet designed and built furniture as well as fresco and acrylic abstract and landscape paintings. This exhibit includes Hatfield and Sweet works on loan from private collections as well a pieces available for purchase. Exhibit runs through June 28. Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10 am - 4 pm. $10 admission. Free for children 17 and younger and students with ID.

Josephine Sculpture Park is partnering with The Ashventure to host a bi-weekly, all-levels yoga class in the event barn! Ashtin will guide you through a lovely all-levels class with views of blooming meadows, sculptures and woodlands from the comfort of the shaded, solid floor of the event barn. Please bring a yoga mat or towel (the floor is concrete) and water. All ages are welcome, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
This series is part of Josephine Sculpture Park's Wellness in the Wild program, strengthening community health through outdoor movement, the arts, and connection.

Come see the versatility, athleticism, and elegance of the American Saddlebred Horse at the 2026 Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show, July 6-11, 2026, at the KY Horse Park!
With exhibitions and classes, daily events, local vendors, food trucks, and more - there is fun for the whole family!
Created in 1937, to help fund the Junior League’s community works project, the horse show has grown to be the world’s largest outdoor American Saddlebred show and the first leg of the Saddlebred ‘Triple Crown.’
Today, the show attracts approximately 1,000 world-recognized competitors from the U.S. and Canada, and to date, has raised over four million dollars for charitable and civic organizations in Central Kentucky and over five million dollars in revenue for local merchants.

Join us every other month for Book Bingo, where you can walk away a winner with prizes from both International Book Project and Wise Bird Cider. Book sales will begin at 6 PM, and bingo will kick off at 7 PM with rounds for both grown-ups and kids! (Kids' sheets are free, adult sheets are pay-what-you-can). You could walk away with some great reads, gift cards, or swag from your favorite cidery--not sure if bingo is your game? You can support just by grabbing your fave cider anytime between 6-9 PM! We'll be giving back 10% of our cider sales to support IBP, so they can continue the good work they do for our community and beyond. Josephine Sculpture Park partners up with Red Oaks Forest School to host a free, all-ages Art Club the second Saturday of each month! Art and nature are perfect partners. Creating art helps us explore our feelings and deepen observations of the world around us. Nature is constantly inspiring so many feelings, wonders, thoughts, questions, and more. Spending time in nature and making art, both help to reduce stress and explore feelings, which can be so important for kids, especially in underserved communities.
