The city of Lexington is pausing to join the nation in remembering the victims and the heroes of the 9/11 Terror Attacks which took place 18 years ago today. A Wreath Hanging ceremony took place earlier this morning at the Fallen Police and Fire Memorials in Phoenix Park. WUKY's Karyn Czar reports.
