For the next two nights downtown Lexington’s Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza will take on a more international flavor with the annual Festival Latino De Lexington. The event is presented by the Foundation for Latin American and Latino Culture and Arts – also known as FLACA, and Lexington Parks & Recreation.
