Every day, a young man or woman turns 18 and becomes homeless; and depending on the survey, Kentucky ranks either at or near the bottom nationally when it comes to Youth Homelessness. Not surprisingly a good number of these young adults are struggling with opioid addiction. In the latest installment of our series, the OA Chronicles, Independent producer Nadia Ramlagan takes us to Arbor Youth Services, an emergency shelter for children located in downtown Lexington.
