Sep 14, 2021

Kelly Flood, the Democrat who represents the 75th District of Kentucky announced Tuesday on social media that she would not be seeking another term. Flood currently serves on the House Agriculture Committee, House Appropriations Committee, Small Business & Information Technology Committee and the House State Government Committee.

During the Special Legislative Session last week, Flood voted against the passage of Senate Bill 1, in part because it eliminated the mask mandate issued by the Kentucky Department of Education.

Representative Flood assumed office in 2001 and her current term ends on December 31st of 2022.
