Ky. EMS Ops Center watching the approaching storm system
On Wednesday the Governor Declared a State of Emergency and activated the Emergency Operations Center in Frankfort. Karyn Czar was with KDEM Manager Michael Dossett this morning as he and his team monitored the storm.
