Hundreds of fellow deputies and officers filed past the flag-draped coffin of Deputy Conley as family and friends said goodbye to man known for his "professionalism in law enforcement" and devotion to his family.
Conley’s widow Rachel took the stage, thanked first responders for trying to save her husband the day he was shot, and said goodbye to the man she called her best friend.
"Caleb, it has been an honor and a privilege loving you. You have served us well," she said, "I'll take it from here."

On the route from the funeral in Georgetown to Deputy Conley’s final resting place in Cynthiana, lines of cars pulled to the side, people waved American flags and saluted as the procession led by an endless stream of law enforcement vehicles drove past.
A GoFundMe account has been set up to help Caleb’s wife Rachel and two young children, Riley and Olivia. Donations can also be made at Whitaker Bank.
