Governor Beshear was at an event in Louisville where someone tested positive. Beshear has tested negative.
One patient had underlying conditions and “likely won’t make it.” Beshear asks for continued prayers.
14 of 16 passengers from Grand Princess cruise are on their way back to Kentucky. They will remain in self isolation.
Beshear asks that you NOT pack bars and clubs where you can not practice social distancing. “We need to be responsible and I don’t want to shut things down but I will if I have to.”
If you are over 60 or have heart, lung or kidney conditions remember you are high risk. Do not fly and stay out of crowds.
