UK Researcher Studying Rise In Moral Distress Among Healthcare Workers During Pandemic

UK Photo l Mark Cornelison

Moral Distress occurs when one knows the ethically correct action to take but feels powerless to take that action. This week Dr. Greg talks with Abigail Latimer, UK HealthCare social worker and researcher in the University of Kentucky College of Social Work, about her dissertation work charting a rise in moral distress in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. She'll also offer some potential ways to ease some of that stress.
