Epilepsy Symposium Coming To UK
Dr. Greg Davis chats with Meriem Bensalem-Owen, MD about a special symposium on epilepsy this Saturday at the University of Kentucky.
The University of Kentucky Comprehensive Epilepsy Program and the Lexington Medical Society are pleased to host the Third Annual Epilepsy Symposium exploring the latest advances in epilepsy treatment and management.
An expert panel of speakers will be sharing their knowledge and answering questions. This symposium will provide a solid foundation for managing patients with epilepsy in either a community or health-system setting and assist in making appropriate referrals to epilepsy centers.
It will touch on pathophysiology, diagnostics, surgery, and medical management and cognitive effects of epilepsy.
This activity is jointly sponsored by the University of Kentucky and Lexington Medical Society.
