The Business Side: Lexington's Aquaponic Solution

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, agriculture accounts for more than 80% of the country's consumptive water use. Scientists are warning that current agricultural methods are taxing ground water systems faster than they can recharge.

But people still have to eat, right? That's why some folks right here in Lexington are turning to alternative methods of growing food.
