Trooper Phillips was a 30-year-old, three-year KSP veteran, a husband, and the father of three young boys. He was shot and killed Monday during a traffic stop.
The Kentucky State Police Foundation is now accepting donations to help his family.
The foundation says all donations made to the Trooper Hayden Phillips Fund will go directly to his family.
The money can help cover everyday expenses, including meals, household bills, and other needs as the family moves forward.
If you’d like to donate, you can do so online through PayPal or Zeffy. The foundation is also accepting checks by mail at 1303 US-127, Frankfort, KY, 40601.
