Kentucky Powerball winner arrested again

James Farthing, Kentucky Powerball winner, arrested again in Georgetown.

Kentucky Powerball winner James Farthing is facing another charge after deputies say they found him asleep inside a running car at a Georgetown Walmart early Sunday.

Deputies say Farthing showed signs of intoxication and was arrested on a public intoxication charge.

This is the latest in a series of law enforcement encounters since Farthing won a $ 167 million Powerball jackpot last year.

Farthing is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
