The arraignment for Brailen Weaver, the man accused in the April 30 shooting deaths of two employees at a U.S. Bank branch in Berea, has been delayed until Oct. 8 in Madison County.

Federal investigators allege Weaver entered the bank wearing a hood and black mask and shot and killed 42-year-old Brian Switzer and 35-year-old Breanna Edwards. Investigators later determined Weaver was a former employee of the branch.

Weaver faces state and federal charges including capital murder, robbery and fleeing and evading police. He remains in federal custody.
