One on One: Lexington developer Chad Walker on 40 years of the Warehouse Block

Mayor Linda Gorton will be on hand to help celebrate the 40th anniversary of an area of town that's come to be known as the Warehouse Block, a commercial and entertainment district around Walton and National Avenue that continues to grow and diversify. In August of 1986 Chad's father bought a rundown building in an abandoned corner of Lexington. Little did he know what would literally develop 40 years later.
