Former Gov. Matt Bevin, his ex-wife Glenna, and their estranged son, Jonah, have all been ordered to appear in person at a July 28 court hearing.

Glenna Bevin has turned over requested documents in the divorce proceedings, but Matt Bevin has not — leading to an active arrest warrant in his case.

The Bevins' adopted son is seeking retroactive child support, alleging the family abandoned him at a Jamaican youth facility that later came under scrutiny over abuse accusations.

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports Jefferson County Family Court Judge Angela Johnson has emphasized that all parties are to appear in-person and not via Zoom, as the former governor has on previous occasions.
