CivicLex Chat: Lexington's first Civic Assembly wraps up, recommending an increase in council pay

The Assembly recommended councilmembers receive $59,987 annually - exactly Lexington's average wage. Next month, CivicLex will present that recommendation to LFUCG, who will decide whether or not to put the decision onto the ballot in November.
