The April 15 constitutional deadline looms and in this week's edition of Capitol Chat, Kentucky Gazette editor and publisher Laura Cullen Glasscock talks about the difference between Concurrence and a Conference Committee. Both procedures will be getting quite the workout in the final days of this legislative session.
