Funeral arrangements announced for former Ky. Gov. Martha Layne Collins

The former governor will lie in state on Sunday November 9 in the rotunda at the Old State Capitol at Broadway and Saint Clair in Frankfort from 12:00 P.M., until 4:00 P.M. with the funeral to follow.

KET will broadcast and livestream the memorial service at 4:30 p.m.

Collins will be interred Monday November 10th in the Frankfort Cemetery.
