Election Eve Capitol Chat: Trump Bump For Bevin Or Red Cape Reminder For Dems And Beshear?

It may be election-eve in Kentucky but there is still much more campaigning to come in the Kentucky Governor’s race, not the least of which is President Trump’s rally tonight in Rupp Arena.  The Secretary of State has projected the turnout for tomorrow to be only slightly better than 2015’s thirty percent but will a visit from a popular president result in even better numbers?  And, what of Democratic Attorney General Andy Beshear?  What does he do to counter the weight of the White House?  Laura Cullen Glasscock, the editor and publisher of the Kentucky Gazette joins us on this week's Capitol Chat.
