Animal Advocates Hope Mercer County Case Is The Last Straw

Hear an update on a story WUKY has been following involving 43 horses that were abandoned in Mercer County earlier this summer. The court case involving one of the owners has been resolved while another individual will more than likely never face charges in a Kentucky courtroom because animal cruelty is a misdemeanor in the Commonwealth.
