He’s arguably the most famous and infamous occupant of the historic Hopemont House and a new mini-exhibit by the Blue Grass Trust for Historic Preservation addresses the controversy of John Hunt Morgan who conducted numerous Civil War raids into the North from his home base here in Lexington.
