Controversy continues to swirl around the finish of the 145th Kentucky Derby with Gary West, the owner of Maximum Security who won the race but was later disqualified, vowing to appeal that decision and saying no matter what Maximum Security will not run in the Preakness Stakes on May 18th.  WUKY's Alan Lytle deconstructs the DQ decision by the racing stewards with Natalie Voss, she’s a features editor with the Paulick Report.

Bitten by the radio bug as a teenager, Alan Lytle got his start start more than 30 years ago volunteering in Clermont County, Ohio for WOBO-FM. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Broadcasting from the University of Cincinnati and worked at a variety of radio stations in the Cincinnati market, then made the move to Lexington in the mid-1990s.
