Zulu is the 5-2 morning line favorite for the $1 million Blue Grass Stakes at Keeneland, which will award 170 points toward the Kentucky Derby.
The Todd Pletcher-trained colt drew the No. 4 post position on Tuesday for Saturday's Grade 1 race to be run over 1 1/8 miles. Zulu was second to Derby contender Mohaymen in the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth at Gulfstream on Feb. 27 and has two wins in three starts.
Brody's Cause is the 4-1 second choice and drew the No. 6 position. He won last fall's Grade 1 Breeders' Futurity at Keeneland and finished third in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile behind Nyquist, who's currently second with 130 Derby points.
Donegal Moon, another Pletcher horse, is a 5-1 choice after drawing the No. 2 position.
A full field of 14 horses was entered. There are two also-eligibles, who could run in the event of a scratch.
