Voting Matters is back with an episode focusing on energizing young voters. Recently our guest, Lexington SCAPA student Cricket Brown appeared in the Voices Amplified production of What the Constitution Means to Me and we were so blown away by their performance, we thought who better to talk about the youth vote? Cricket talks about being a non-binary performer on the local theatre scene and gives tips on how to speak to young people about why and how voting matters.

According to the US Census Bureau by the year 2034 more Americans will be over the age of 65 (numbering some 77-million people), than under the age of 18.
