Born and raised in Frankfort, KY, Tania initially spent years climbing the corporate ladder in Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Warehouse Management across Kentucky and North Carolina. However, after two decades of professional success, she courageously embraced a higher calling, returning to Lexington, KY, in 2022 to establish Walker Reconstruction, LLC (Reconstruction of the Mind).
Walker Reconstruction aligns closely with Project Ricochet’s core values, focusing on empowering middle and high school youth through essential life, social, personal, and emotional skills. Tania’s holistic approach mirrors Project Ricochet’s dedication to health equity, mental wellness, and youth advocacy. Leveraging her extensive background and educational credentials, including a BA, MBA, and specialized certifications in Life Coaching, Anger Management, Workplace Equity, Targeted Case Management, and Trauma-Informed Care, she delivers transformative programs designed to help young people thrive and navigate life's challenges effectively.
