Jennifer Reynolds loves meeting new people and working with diverse populations. She was elected to the 11th District’s Urban County Council in November 2018. She was the outreach director with Bluegrass Youth Ballet after starting a bilingual outreach program in the 11th District’s Valley Park in 2013. Jennifer is also fluent in Spanish and a qualified medical interpreter.

Jennifer grew up in Central Kentucky and has traveled extensively. She lived in Central Mexico for four years where she enjoyed using her background in anthropology to do community outreach. She cultivated relationships to work with children, taught educational classes in Spanish, held small groups in her home, and owned a CrossFit gym.

Jennifer is a working mom and juggles multiple undertakings. Being active in her community, Jennifer loves attending local events, shopping and eating at neighborhood businesses. Jennifer enjoys focusing her efforts on serving the city as a Council member for the 11th district.

Dr. El-Amin is an author and editor who holds Doctorates from Northcentral University, University of the Cumberlands, Colorado Theological Seminary, and Union Institute and University. She has over 20 years of experience in management, occupational, and organizational development. Dr. El-Amin is co-founder of Project Ricochet, Inc, a thriving youth development organization. She has also served as the Multicultural Family Center, Executive Director for the City of Dubuque and as Chair of the Raleigh Human Relations Commission.
Renee is “working in concert” as a dynamic keynote speaker, organizational development consultant, executive producer and radio show/podcast producer and host. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Kentucky in Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Renee is the Media and Marketing Manager for Project Ricochet and she serves on the WUKY DEIB Community Advisory Board. In 2023, she was named Nexstar Media Group's "Remarkable Woman of Central Kentucky", an honor recognizing her influence on public policy, social progress, and quality of life.
