He’s an illustrator, comic artist, and animator. His comic and graffiti style approach have placed him within a wide range of projects. From comic to cover art for publishers. Dr. El-Amin is an author and editor who holds Doctorates from Northcentral University, University of the Cumberlands, Colorado Theological Seminary, and Union Institute and University. She has over 20 years of experience in management, occupational, and organizational development. Dr. El-Amin is co-founder of Project Ricochet, Inc, a thriving youth development organization. She has also served as the Multicultural Family Center, Executive Director for the City of Dubuque and as Chair of the Raleigh Human Relations Commission.
Renee is “working in concert” as a dynamic keynote speaker, organizational development consultant, executive producer and radio show/podcast producer and host. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Kentucky in Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Renee is the Media and Marketing Manager for Project Ricochet and she serves on the WUKY DEIB Community Advisory Board. In 2023, she was named Nexstar Media Group's "Remarkable Woman of Central Kentucky", an honor recognizing her influence on public policy, social progress, and quality of life.
