Project Ricochet has developed The Urban Arts Collective to provide cultural programming to support the mission of “offering concrete ways in which youth can be redirected to access economic opportunity through youth-driven entrepreneurial projects”. Tom Godell joins the Ricochet Effect to discuss the impact and success of the WUKY Urban Art Collective Gallery Opening and the WUKY Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging Community Advisory Board (WUKY DEIB CAB). Additionally, DeBraun Thomas discusses the importance and vision of the WUKY DEIB CAB.

Dr. El-Amin is an author and editor who holds Doctorates from Northcentral University, University of the Cumberlands, Colorado Theological Seminary, and Union Institute and University. She has over 20 years of experience in management, occupational, and organizational development. Dr. El-Amin is co-founder of Project Ricochet, Inc, a thriving youth development organization. She has also served as the Multicultural Family Center, Executive Director for the City of Dubuque and as Chair of the Raleigh Human Relations Commission.
Renee is “working in concert” as a dynamic keynote speaker, organizational development consultant, executive producer and radio show/podcast producer and host. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Kentucky in Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Renee is the Media and Marketing Manager for Project Ricochet and she serves on the WUKY DEIB Community Advisory Board. In 2023, she was named Nexstar Media Group's "Remarkable Woman of Central Kentucky", an honor recognizing her influence on public policy, social progress, and quality of life.
