City budget, comprehensive plan atop Council's to-do list this week

Spring break is officially over for Lexington’s Urban County Council and it’s shaping up to be an eventful week at city hall with Mayor Linda Gorton’s budget speech later today and consideration of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan, which includes the hot-button issue of expanding the Urban Service Boundary.
