The deadline to register to vote in the November election here in Kentucky has now passed so the voter roles are essentially locked in. There are more registered Republicans than Democrats in the commonwealth and as noted before about 10% of the electorate identifies as other or independent. That makes predicting the outcome of the 2023 gubernatorial contest tricky. This week on Capitol Chat we take a closer look at the electoral map for both Democrat incumbent Andy Beshear and GOP challenger Daniel Cameron with Laura Cullen Glasscock, editor and publisher of the Frankfort-based Kentucky Gazette.
