Gov. Andy Beshear says Kentucky vaccinated a record 127,110 people last week against the coronavirus, while the rate of positive tests dropped to its lowest point in more than five months. The vaccination total last week surpassed the 112,428 vaccinations given the previous week. Beshear said the positivity rate dropped to 3.94%, the lowest rate since Sept. 21. The state reported 21 deaths and 880 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. A total of 4,850 people have died in Kentucky from the disease since the pandemic began.
