A former UK student accused of threatening to blow up the White Hall Classroom Building on social media is changing her not guilty plea. 20-year old Haily Duvall was indicted on 11-counts of threatening interstate communications and four coutns of giving false information concerning a threat.
Last November, Duvall told UK police and the school newspaper that she overheard students talking about threats to the building and showed them screenshots of the threats made on Snapchat. Investigators were able to trace the IP address back to Duvall. She eventually admitted to making the posts. Duvall initially plead not-guilty but now her attorney says they are working on a deal and she is expected to plead guilty to lesser charges. Duvall will be back in court on June 24th.
