Two brothers are behind bars, accused of throwing a woman onto Winchester Road late Saturday night, sending her to the hospital. Michael and Harold Whisman were arrested around 2:00 yesterday morning. The victim, who was dating one of the men, was knocked unconscious and left on the road in below-freezing temperatures. She was treated at the hospital for head and neck injuries. The brothers are charged with assault and wanton endangerment.
