One of the largest resource fairs for caregivers, seniors and those coping with disabilities is taking place again this weekend in Lexington.
Spokeswoman, Gale Reece says the i know expoat the Lexington Center is meant to provide expert answers to life’s changing questions.
"Someone who's aging or who has a chronic disability, someone who is caring for themselves who are dealing with aging issues, illness issues or disabilities, and as importantly, for baby boomers to plan for their own aging futures," Reece said.
New this year is a series of hourly roundtable discussions, covering a range of topics from transportation availability, housing options, health insurance and how to have difficult conversations with loved ones regarding their care.
The i know expo takes place Sunday, April 3rd from noon to five in the Bluegrass Ballroom of the Lexington Center, admission is free.
