The Fayette County School Board wants to hear from you before hiring the next schools superintendent.
They are planning several community forums this week in each school district. The board wants to know “what values and qualities” the public thinks the next leader of Fayette County Public Schools should have.
Here is a list of the scheduled events:
Monday March 9, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Norsworthy Auditorium, 701 E. Main St.
Tuesday March 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Masterson Station Clubhouse, 328 Masterson Station Drive
Tuesday March 10, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Sandersville Elementary, 3025 Sandersville Road
Wednesday March 11, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Douglass Park Shelter, 726 Georgetown St.
Friday March 13, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Gainesway Community Center, 3460 Milano Road
Saturday March 14, from 12:30 to 2 p.m., William Wells Brown Community Center, 548 E. Sixth
