The largest Civil War battle in Ky. is being commemorated during an anniversary this weekend at Perryville Battlefield State Historic Site.
Military demonstrations will be held both days at 2 p.m., and speakers, living history interpreters, camp life demonstrations and vendors will also be available.
The park's museum will also be open, and a program on the "Life of the Soldier" will be given both days.
Admission is $10, with children 10 and under admitted free. The park says guests should expect to walk and may want to bring chairs.
Gates open at 9 a.m. each day.
