Lexington, KY – Kentuckians continue to clean up from the remnants of Hurricane Ike which swept through the region last week, leaving thousands in Kentucky without electricity. "Ground Zero" of that storm was Galveston, Texas, where over 45,000 evacuees are still unable to return to their homes. Bryan Bartlett spke by phone to one Galveston homeowner who got the chance to return to the island over the weekend.
