Join us for the first annual mindful triathlon by Elemental Yoga & Wellness! We will start with a one hour vinyasa yoga flow to get you ready for the trails.
Followed by a gun shot start 5K trail run through beautiful Woodford County, KY.
We will end with the third event-a guided meditation in the meadow.
Come to run, practice yoga or meditate or just enjoy the festivities of the day. Food trucks, vendors, and a healing tent are open throughout the event.
