Kentucky, who is 25-2 overall on the season and a perfect 15-0 record in the Southeastern Conference, earned the SEC’s automatic qualifying spot this season by virtue of its SEC Tournament Championship last weekend in Savannah, Georgia. The Wildcats alongside Nebraska, Texas and Pittsburgh earned the top-four seeds in the tournament, meaning they can host all the way up to the NCAA Final Four if they are still alive in the championship.
NCAA Tournament play gets underway on Thursday night inside Historic Memorial Coliseum as the eight-seeded team in the Lexington Regional, UCLA, will play Georgia Tech at 4:30 p.m. ET followed by Kentucky hosting Wofford at 7 p.m. ET in the first round matches. The two winners will play Friday at 7 p.m. ET. All matches of the first and second rounds will be broadcasted live on ESPN+.
All-session tickets will go on sale to the general public through UKathletics.com and the UK Ticket Office on Monday at 10 a.m. ET. Single-session tickets will go on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m. ET.
