What Does A Comparatively Higher Turnout Mean For Tomorrow's Contests?

The primary election is less than 24 hours away.  Kentucky's Secretary of State has projected around 30% of the state's registered voters will cast a ballot, a number much higher than in 2015 when only 12% of the electorate showed up to the polls.  What could all this mean for the candidates for office?  We put that question to Kentucky Gazette Editor and Publisher Laura Cullen Glasscock.
