Republican Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin asked Wednesday for a recanvass of vote totals, as election results showed him trailing by several thousand votes.  WUKY's Alan Lytle spoke with UK College of Law Professor and Kentucky election law expert Joshua Douglas about what other options are available to the governor.
