Happy Chandler was part of Kentucky's, and the nation's, political and cultural landscape for the better part of the 20th century. In one interview Chandler talks about one of the many dirty tricks played on him by his political rival John Y. Brown Sr. This particular episode involved none other than "The Colonel" Harlan Sanders.
