Dr. Abeni El-Amin presents the next special edition episode. This special edition of the Ricochet Effect Podcast highlights the work of Ricochet Effect Podcast co-host Renee Collins Cobb, M.Ed. Renee talks about Overtones LIVE's recent win at The Josie Music Awards at The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee along with the wins of 15 other musicians from Kentucky. In a strategic approach to take Overtones LIVE from the "studio to stage to screen", Renee has been recognized for bringing and broadening the awareness to the talent we have in Kentucky. Additionally, she "works in concert" with her husband, Warren Cobb, in bringing mission, storytelling, clarity of purpose, and alignment to individuals, teams, organizations, and the community.

Dr. El-Amin is an author and editor who holds Doctorates from Northcentral University, University of the Cumberlands, Colorado Theological Seminary, and Union Institute and University. She has over 20 years of experience in management, occupational, and organizational development. Dr. El-Amin is co-founder of Project Ricochet, Inc, a thriving youth development organization. She has also served as the Multicultural Family Center, Executive Director for the City of Dubuque and as Chair of the Raleigh Human Relations Commission.
Renee is “working in concert” as a dynamic keynote speaker, organizational development consultant, executive producer and radio show/podcast producer and host. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Kentucky in Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Renee is the Media and Marketing Manager for Project Ricochet and she serves on the WUKY DEIB Community Advisory Board. In 2023, she was named Nexstar Media Group's "Remarkable Woman of Central Kentucky", an honor recognizing her influence on public policy, social progress, and quality of life.
