Who we lost returns with a reading by Martha Greenwald from the pen of Tonya Bailey of Bath County in remembrance of Ed McDaniel. These are two poems written months apart that succinctly sum up feelings that won't go away. We post them in honor of National Poetry Month.

This time last year you were with me. This year is not the same. You are in heaven, that is a wonderful thing. I don’t care what people say —
you are in my thoughts, my prayers and the biggest part of me, my heart. There are some days more than others that I feel like I have lost my way. All I have to do is look up at the light and you will guide my way.
