After a busy week one here's what to expect from the General Assembly this week

Kentucky lawmakers wrapped up redistricting work during a rare Saturday session. They passed bills to redraw congressional and legislative maps that now will be scrutinized by Gov. Andy Beshear. House Republicans have already released their budget proposal before the governor's scheduled speech this week, a major departure from the usual protocol. The Kentucky Gazette's Laura Cullen Glasscock weighs in and tells us what to look for next as the 60 day session continues.

Bitten by the radio bug as a teenager, Alan Lytle got his start start more than 30 years ago volunteering in Clermont County, Ohio for WOBO-FM. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Broadcasting from the University of Cincinnati and worked at a variety of radio stations in the Cincinnati market, then made the move to Lexington in the mid-1990s.
