Lexington, KY – October is generally the month that kids and parents carve a pumpkin, don strange and scary costumes, and the like, but it also offers up one of the final opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors before, the cold, harsh, and unpredictable winter. In fact, The friends of the U.K. Arboretum recently held an adventurous event for Children of all ages, From the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Dr. Bob De Mattina has the story.
